TSC Hurricane is pleased to announced the addition of new coaches beginning with the 2019-20 season!  Please join us in welcoming the following coaches to our family!

• Yolanda Thomas (from Blitz/Energy)
• Nemanja Vukovic (from WSA)
• Shane Chambers (from Blitz/Energy)
• Matt Gibson (from Blitz/Energy)

Yolanda Thomas (Head Coach for Fortuna Tulsa), holds a US Soccer National 'C' license has previously directed and coached numerous teams including the University of Tulsa, Edmond Memorial High School, and Oklahoma City FC. She is currently the Head Coach of the Rogers State University Hillcat Women’s soccer program. Yolanda will join our ECNL Staff to work with the ECNL and ECRL squads on a rotational basis.

Nemanja Vukovic (Vuko) is currenly an Assistant Coach of the Tulsa Roughnecks FC and is currently pursuing his UEFA B License.  Coach Vuko joins our staff after a distingushed playing career in MLS and the USL playing for the Columbus Crew, Indy 11 and Sacremento Republic before joining the Roughnecks FC.  Vuko will coach in the NPL and also work closely with the ECNL staff.

Shane Chambers will coach in the 08 girls program. Coach Shane is pursuing his USSF National D license and brings several years of coaching experience and enthusiasum to our girls program. Shane played collegiately for NSU and his coaching philosophy: 

"Building up the character of each player is as important to me as having success on the soccer field.  Have purpose in everything you do.  On the field and with your team, have fun and work hard, be coachable, and good things will happen," says Shane.

Matt Gibson brings many years of coaching and playing experience and passion for the game to our boys program.  Coach Matt holds a USSF National D and National Y Licenses and will be coaching in our 08 boys program working closely with the rest of our staff.  Coach Matt was a 4-year letterman at NSU and played for the former Tulsa Roughnecks and FC Wichita. Matt's enthusasim and knowledge of the game will inspire young players to reach their potential.
